The new STRIPE HIV Quality Improvement (QI) module is designed to help learners understand the role that both front-line healthcare workers and local leaders can play in evaluating and improving healthcare quality. This foundational module supports team-based interprofessional learning.
The webinar is open to all. No prior QI experience is required to complete this module.

In this webinar, we will:
1. Provide an overview of the QI module and how it is structured.
2. Explore how the module introduces core concepts, including:
a. What does “quality” mean in healthcare delivery
b. The shared responsibility for delivering high-quality care
c. How to create and utilize quality indicators for QI
d. Techniques for identifying root causes of low performance
e. The Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle for testing and improving care
3. Share suggestions for how to use the module with teams or trainees
4. Answer questions and gather your feedback.
