Strategic planning
I have had the opportunity to develop a ten year strategic plans and annual rolling plans for Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center, Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College and Bugando Medical Centre. I had also the opportunity to participate in developing Tanzania National Operations Guidelines (NOG) for disaster management.

Fund raising
Successful led fund raising activities and created the Institute of Urology at KCMC which is a urology center of excellence for Anglophone Africa.

Financial management
As the former CEO of the tertiary level hospital Bugando Medical Centre I was able to raise and manage funds to run the hospital but also specifically raise and managed funds to create a Radiation Therapy Centre in collaboration with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna.
