Francis Omaswa

Francis Omaswa is founder and a Director at the African Center for Global Health and Social Transformation (ACHEST) in Uganda. He is also the Chancellor of Soroti University in Uganda. Previously he served as the Executive Director of the Global Health Workforce Alliance at WHO Hq, Co-PI MEPI, Director General of Health Services at the MOH Uganda, founding Director of the Uganda Heart Institute and the College of Surgeons of East Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA).
