Title: Health Professions Education Research in the African Context

Join Us for The AFREhealth webinar by the Health Professions Education Research Technical Working Group (HPER TWG).

Introduction: Health Professions Education (HPE) Research is gaining momentum in Africa with many collaborative research initiatives in HPE taking root resulting into publications in local and international journals. Despite the increase in HPE research however, more effort is needed to conduct research that addresses Africa`s contextual problems in health professions education while at the same contributing to the wider global HPE literature. Training needs to be informed by local research relevant to the African context. This webinar will generate discourse around these issues.
